Prismlab printing only 10X15 - 27/11/2007 16:16 My friend has the following problem with his Prismlab 720 digital carrier on a Fuji FA 170.

"When I print 10x15 (4x6") it is OK but when I try to print 12x18 (5x7") it doesn't send the files and can not print them.

I have to reset the computer to be able to print again." Will snap for beer.

Re:Prismlab printing only 10X15 - 27/11/2007 16:44 in setup why don't you edit the 6x4 to 5x7 and try to print....so you can know if the other channel is a problem or not... go to main menu> printsize> change 152 to 127 and 4 to 7, change the H value and try to print...and let me known

Re:Prismlab printing only 10X15 - 03/01/2008 16:02 Just for the records, the problem here was a slow computer at the end. Friend bought a faster one with bigger RAM and all is fine now. Will snap for beer.
