RGB TIME SETTINGS - 2012/04/09 15:46 i have problems setting the rgb time on my eop 2400.i was told to do uniform correct-1,but the print out photo to use for the set up has always come out reddish.as i tied to adjustr it,it's either it becomes whitish or purple or yellowish.please,what method can i use to get the colour set .

according to the EOP techs you need to check this:

When you print, there are exposure time and shutter time on the bottom of the software interface. Please check if your shutter time is longer than exposure time. You need to be sure that shutter time is longer than exposure time.

What minilab you have? Will snap for beer.

Re:RGB TIME SETTINGS - 2012/04/10 14:42 What's your CMY values? You can increase CMY values to longer the shutter time. If you still can not solve the problem,you can adjust your photometry by screwing it with anticlock.
