Clicking on the 'commands' box does not bring you back to the application if you've left for another application - You need to click on the slideshow itself or via the dock... Is there a reason for that? Seems like the 'norm' is to be able to click on the commands box to bring me 'into' the application...
Using two monitors might be making this seem a little more odd than it is..
