This site is about professional photography and it meant to be fun. Let's keep it related to that. Issues of religion and politics should be debated on other sites built to handle those types of discussions.
Racial, ethnic, religious or personal attacks of any kind are not allowed and will get you banned. The same goes with spamming other members and using copyrighted material without presented permission.
We are not responsible for your legal troubles. This is an open forum. We rely upon the reporting by our members to make us aware of violations of policy or misbehavior on this site. Please do let us know.

Posts will be removed and the user may be banned if:
* the post promotes illicit material;
* the post contains copyrighted material not property of the author;

* the post promotes pyramid schemes or affiliate programs;
* the post contains abuse of other users;
All IP addresses are recorded (not shown) and will allow us to track fake posts if necessary.
Administrators and Moderators can and will delete or edit posts if these fall out of these guidelines. In some situations the poster may be contacted in private via PM. If the behaviour persists the poster can be locked out of the forums. This ban is for an unlimited time.

Using the forums:
We hope you find here what you are looking for. There are just a couple of simple guidelines we would like you to follow to keep the forums problem free and fun for everybody.
-Always post in the appropriate forum and in the appropriate language. If you feel there should be any other forums send us a mail and we will be happy to open you one.
-This website is about photography (and related industries). Keep it that way. We opened the "Lounge" and the "Photographers express your opinion" forums where you can discuss unrelated topics.
-Do not post anything that would violate copyrights.
-Don't post anything unethical. No hate speech, racism and the like.
-Don't do any selling. If you want to sell something or you have any services to offer do it in the bazar. If you are the manufacturer of a photographic product contact us and we'll help you to sell it.
Violating the above rules can get you banned. We hope it'll not come to that.
Using the Bazar:
Your ads will be in the bazar for 180 days. If you need to feel free to submit it again.
Post your items in the appropriate category. Do not spam. Ads we find inappropriate in any way will be deleted by us without notice.

Return Policy
Software and other download Items:
We are doing our best to provide you with all available documentation, trial versions etc. to help you make your decision before you buy. On the downloaded items we can not offer return or exchange. Please choose your platform carefully as well. Once downloaded it is not possible to exchange the platform or return your purchase.
Software on CD:
It is possible to cancel your order within one week from your purchase and return the CD within 2 weeks from your cancellation. The CD must be unopened in the package we sent it. Opened packaging will cancel your eligibility to a refund. Return will be paid by the customer and the original shipping and handling will be deducted from your refund.
Customized items:
Customized items such as logo polo-shirts and any other special orders are not subject to return or exchange unless found faulty. In case quality complaint it is possible to return the items for remake/correction. No refund is possible on customized items.
Other Products.
The orders of other regularly shipped and not customized items can be canceled within two weeks from your purchase and returned within another two weeks. Items must be returned in their original packaging and unopened and complete for full refund. Opened Items will be subject to 30% repackaging fee. Incomplete items will not be eligible for refund. Postage of the return will be payed by the customer.
All of the above is meant for our online shop. For items in our Bazar we take no responsibility for. Make sure you get what you are promised before you buy something.
