Green screen and tethering, green screen batch processing? Primatte Event 5.1.
Digital Anarchy released the Apple Aperture version of Primatte, their excellent green screen plugin for Photoshop. Primatte was was missing tethering which is now possible in Aperture so making an Aperture plugin out of it was an obvious choice. Primatte Event will be soon very popular among event photographers where one needs the results ASAP or even better live. Tethering the shot immediately to Aperture gives you instant access to Primatte and it's capabilities to delete and replace the background, add logos or text and present the outcome to a customer in just a minute or two. Better even let the customer look over your shoulder. At events the first impression sells the most, well often there are not even more impressions, so grabbing the client's attention right away will bring you bucks.
One can also take advantage of Primatte Event and Aperture's batch processing capabilities. You can select a number of pictures and have Primatte apply backgrounds and logos as you are having the beers in the bar or getting some rest. Learn more:
